At Tailwind, we know how important it is that you receive your order as soon as possible and for this reason we always do our best to use a shipping method that gets your order to you fast.

We offer UPS Express Shipping 1-3 business days. Your product should take 1-3 business days once UPS picks up the finished product. Please note that this is not the total lead time. The time we receive your order to when you have it at your doorsteps will depend on each product and their production time. We do everything in our power to get it to you faster than that, but sometimes good things take time. In case Import Taxes are charged because we are located in the EU (and the goods are produced in the EU) they need to be paid by the customer.

Don’t get angry if your order takes a little longer than expected. We do everything possible to have the maximum amount of stock of our products possible. 

Possible custom duty fees for each country are the responsibility of the customer.
